Our FAQs

Hobsido is a startup founded in Greece by 3 Greek students of Athens University of Economics and Business.

Ektimiseto works with the help of a Machine Learning algorithm. Because of that, in order to generate a property's price estimation, it compares its characteristics to these of other properties. So, with your consent, the algorithm will do the same with your property, store its characteristics so that it increases future estimations' accuracy.

Ektimiseto is completely free for commercial use by individuals, brokers, or agencies.

Ektimiseto, our first real estate AVM tool, helps you estimate your property's market value and connects you with realtors in the case you want to sell it. Currently, we do not offer this service for rental properties, however, it is something that we are planning to do in the future.
